Terms of Sale

All orders represent agreements to purchase specific, cataloged artifacts documented by precise SKU/MPN references. Pricing is displayed in USD and includes all applicable taxes. Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation through Stripe.

Intellectual property rights: Swatch design elements remain property of The Swatch Group Ltd. VariantArchive's archival documentation, authentication methodologies, and cataloging systems are proprietary intellectual property. Reproduction of our variant references or authentication protocols requires written permission.

Limitation of liability: While we guarantee authentication accuracy through our three-stage verification process, VariantArchive's liability is limited to the purchase price of the timepiece. We are not liable for market value fluctuations, collector market conditions, or subjective valuation differences.

Orders are binding upon confirmation. Due to the unique nature of each cataloged piece, cancellations after authentication processing may incur archival documentation fees. Disputes require presentation of contradictory factory documentation for review.
