Return shipping requires insurance and tracking equivalent to original shipment method. Refunds are issued upon receipt and verification of returned item condition, typically within 5 business days of satisfactory inspection.

Non-returnable items: personalized archival documentation packets, specially commissioned authentication reports, and items where original packaging has been opened or altered in ways affecting archival integrity.
